I also hereby release myself to any photographs, video taping, audio, or other form of media photography , still camera or motion picture of the pageant of any events held By Big Apple Pageantry Inc. that I may appear in Now or in the future or future sale thereof. I hereby agree that my name and any photographs taken of me during the "pageants" or "events" may be used for publication for promotional purposes or in any advertising publicity.By my agreement below I affirm and attest that I have read the rules and regulations of Big Apple Pageantry Inc. for the "pageants" or "events" and hereby agree to abide by the same.

System, our online registration form is not to be submitted unless you plan on competing for our pageant.
